The Vision

The Australian Nursing Network was founded to fill an obvious gap in the nursing agency market. Previously, the industry was dominated by large centralised agencies which are more focused on profit rather than the quality of their service. The alternative was small agencies, which are often lacking resources and professionalism. 

The vision of Tanya Eckermann, the founder and CEO, was to create a boutique professional nursing agency that could grow, while keeping a local and personal focus. Now with three agencies, Tanya’s vision is realised, and continues to develop flourish. 

Our Philosophy

What sets us apart is our total commitment to the service provide. We put a high value on building healthy relationships with both nurses and health care facilities. Our success is based around having a culture of  `new fashioned service’. This means that when you call us you will be talking to someone you know who understands your unique needs and preferences. We don’t use call centres.
