Information that is submitted to ANN in response to requests on this site are forwarded to the appropriate persons within ANN for consideration and response, at their discretion. E-mail, resumes and other data are retained or disposed of at the recipient's discretion.

Personal information may include, among other things, your name, street address, ZIP Code, telephone number, fax number, email address, and your area of practice or degree (if applicable). We may collect other personal information when you provide comments by email or other means, participate in surveys, give us feedback or request information from us online. If your communication is sensitive or includes highly confidential information, you may want to submit that information by regular mail.
Upon request, ANN will use reasonable efforts to allow users to update/correct their contact information previously submitted which the users state is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Also, upon a user's request, ANN will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her contact information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
Children
The Site does not seek to collect information from minors under the age of 16. We expect all individuals under the age of 18 to obtain parental permission before providing any information to this Site.
